Well, it has been quite an adventure here at KBM PLLC since December 2017. This was my first tax season EVER, and the good news is I still like working here, and I still like working in the Accounting and Tax Field. And yes, Barry is very happy about that, too.
What this means is:
- This blog and our related social media outlets suffered greatly these past 4 months because I was unable to update or post to it. It’s not that I didn’t want to or that Barry didn’t stay committed to this blog, but rather it was because we faced a lot of unexpected challenges early-on, and our commitment to our clients was a higher priority. Accurate and timely returns will always be more important to us than blog posts because tax preparation will always be our first business objective.
- We’re back! Today I have spent a considerable amount of time getting back in the saddle of this project, and it has been fun. I’ve got a firm handle on what we are doing with this blog and our social media outlets again, and Barry has reminded me of the many resources we can direct you to when they post content that is relevant for you. I have a solid strategy for keeping this blog current, and I look forward to seeing how it develops as the year progresses.
- I will be deleting outdated content from the blog so as to keep this information as streamlined and relevant as possible. So, if you find links aren’t working or an article is no longer on the blog, that is most likely why.
I am excited to be back working on this project because it really invigorates me. I’m also excited about our blog because with the tax changes from last year’s legislation, we are going to have a lot of information to share.
As always, feel free to call if you have a question or would like to make an appointment to discuss your tax situation. Just because the tax season has ended doesn’t mean we’ve boarded up the office. We are a full-year operation.
Happy Friday & look for more posts soon!
